We understand clients may be concerned about the recent cyberattacks on super funds.
The guidance is to:
✔️Log in or phone your fund to check for any unauthorised transactions
✔️Change your password and make sure the new one is strong and secure - a minimum of 12 characters (but the longer the better) using a combination of upper and lower case, numbers and symbols
✔️Enable multi-factor authentication - ensure you need an SMS code or authenticator app to log in

You can always use a service such as Have I Been Pwned? to check if your email address or passwords have been detected in a data breach.
