We're searching for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our facility in Dubbo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven warehouse manager who thrives on both strategic oversight and direct involvement in daily operations.

If you're passionate about optimizing warehouse efficiency, fostering a positive team environment, and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented warehouse manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead the team.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A minimum of 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and refine operational procedures and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively interface with staff and external stakeholders and customers.
• A current forklift license and a NSW driver's license - HR-MR license an advantage.
• Qualifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus.
