We quote the job and we complete the job. Is there a guarantee on workmanship? Yes, workmanship is guaranteed for a year. Product warranty's vary depending on which product is selected. When will the work take place? Once we have received the signed confirmation from all parties (yourself & any other relevant parties such as neighbours) the job will be booked in. The sooner this is received the sooner we can provide you with your new fence or gate! Why do I need to sign the quote? Signing the quote initiates a contract between DSI and yourself/your neighbours. It also ensures that all parties are clear on what the job entails, the product to be used, associated costs and our conditions. Does my neighbour need to sign the quote? Yes.
