Important information that you need to know if you're building or plan to build!!

Additionally, prior to accepting a deposit, builders must also provide a written contract to the homeowner before accepting any form of payment.

The contract must include:
- a detailed description of the work to be performed
- the materials to be used
- the cost of the work
- the timeframe for completion

If the builder fails to provide a written contract, the homeowner has the right to terminate the agreement and request a full refund of any deposits paid.
