Tobys General Store is looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our busy store at Eagleby

About the role:
• 10–20 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What we’re looking for:
• Previous lotto experience ideal but not essential
• Experience using registers / POS systems
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

Retail Position:
Our newsagency and tobacconist is a community-oriented business that has been operating within our family for over 25 years.

Trading hours are
Monday- Saturday 6:30am to 6:00pm
The right candidate must be available to work any hours during these times.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• High Quality customer service
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Independently motivated and able to work without supervision
• Successful applicant will be responsible for opening and closing duties
• Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and actively contribute in all day-to-day tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Be well organised, punctual and reliable
