Berrihub team day!!! Working at home is great, I’m so productive, but sometimes it’s fun to meet with the team and work together. We spent the day at a co-working space in Berridale and had a great time ⭐️⭐️⭐️ tbh we spent lots of time having fun with filming social media content 😂 but days like this forming connection and getting creative are really important. How do you connect with your team? Some of my clients have Monday meetings at a cafe. We do mostly online meetings so it’s fantastic to be in person!

We hear this a lot.

But the reality is, people usually don’t call the first time they see your business.

They see your ute, your posts, your logo, hear your name from someone… then one day they need the work done and think of you.

That’s how marketing actually works for tradies.

It’s not about going viral.
It’s about staying visible.

They take photos on the job, post real work, do quick videos, and stay visible.

The biggest difference?
They treat social media like part of the business, not something to think about “when there’s time”.

That consistency adds up over time.
