MY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TRIBE 🥂✨

I still have to pinch myself that these incredible women invited me to join
their Property Management Tribe! ❤️

We recently escaped for a fabulous weekend away in Launceston, staying at
the gorgeous Smith Ranch — and what a weekend it was!

Our PM Tribe rules were simple:

Bring one issue we’re struggling with in our businesses to discuss,
challenge and brainstorm together.

Bring a fun, carefree attitude.

Bring a BIG appetite for Tassie food and wine. 🍷

And, most importantly… bring your best poker face for the card games! 😂🃏

But what makes this tribe so special is the incredible women around the
table.

✨ Julie Collins — With more than 35 years in Property Management, Julie is
now a trainer and coach specialising in Property Management strategies and
processes.

✨ Tameka Smith — With more than 20 years dedicated to Property Management,
Tameka has grown one of Tasmania’s boutique Property Management companies
and is now passionate about empowering property managers and agency
principals to discover their full potential.

✨ Sandy Buttsworth — With an incredible 41+ years in the industry and now
Managing Director of Island Sands QLD, Sandy brings not only immense
industry knowledge, but also life skills, humour, an incredible eye for
detail, talented negotiation skills and the highest of industry ethics.

✨ Linda Gulabovska — An award-winning Senior Property Manager, Department
Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent, with more than 33 years of
experience across Property Management, housing, residential investment and
real estate leadership. Linda is recognised as one of Australia’s leading
Property Management experts.

✨ Nicole Johnston — Business owner of Trusted Figures, with more than 23
years working alongside real estate agents, helping with Trust Accounts,
accounts and training.

✨ Lisa Grey — Head of Growth & Partnerships at Affordable Staff, helping
her clients access and engage great global talent in an affordable and
effective way.

✨Kelley Seaton - Owner of The Leasing Network celebrates 31 years of experience in Real Estate Property Management. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and opened her own Property Management business in 2009.

What an incredible bunch of women to have the privilege of calling my PM
Tribe. ❤️

I’m incredibly grateful to have been welcomed into this group of inspiring,

Last night we had the absolute pleasure of attending the Hunter Local
Business Awards, where our business was a finalist.

While we didn't take home the award this time, being recognised as a finalist was something we are incredibly proud of. Running a small business is certainly not easy - there are long days, plenty of challenges, and moments where you wonder if all the hard work is worth it.

Then you have nights like last night.

Standing in a room surrounded by so many incredible local businesses and seeing how far we've come made me realise just how rewarding it all is. To see our hard work, dedication and commitment recognised makes every late night and challenge worthwhile.

A very special mention to Kate, my number one, who unfortunately couldn't be there as she was unwell. She was truly missed, and I wish she could have shared the night with us. She plays such a huge part in what we do, and this recognition is just as much hers as it is mine.

Most importantly, THANK YOU to every single person who supported us, encouraged us and took the time to vote for our business. Your support means more than you know and we are incredibly grateful. 🙌🏼🙏🏻
