te significantly to Australia's economy. However, small to medium businesses have a much lower success rate than larger businesses and face greater hardships in extreme market conditions. SME's are less likely to have digital strategies or have adopted digital transformations and lack the time, resources, confidence and knowledge to do so. Support is needed to help SMEs create a sustainable future and adapt to online and digital marketing channels.

Meet Sam Hurley, the coach behind the Next-Level Growth Program.

Sam is the founder and CEO of 25eight, a certified B Corp that helps business owners build the clarity, systems and confidence to lead their business to its next stage.

She brings an unusual mix to the coaching room. More than twenty years leading business and digital transformations across the UK, US and Australia. She holds a Master of Teaching, which shapes how she helps people change what they can do. She also runs a company as an AI-native business on a governed system she designed herself. She has spent more than a decade working alongside thousands of owners, and the NLGP is built on what that experience, and the research and evidence behind it, shows actually works.

Her approach is grounded and practical. She won't hand you a blueprint or tell you what to do. She helps you see the systems underneath your business, get clear on what matters, build the confidence to lead it yourself, and make it smart using AI intentionally.

Stop Thinking About AI as Just Another Business Tool

I’m much less interested in AI as a collection of tools than I am in what it changes about the way we can design businesses.

For a small business, AI can provide access to capabilities that once required a much larger organisation.

But that creates much more interesting questions than simply “Which AI tool should I use?”

What should we automate?

What should remain human?

How do we build a business brain instead of scattering knowledge across a dozen different platforms?

How can technology make our businesses more independent rather than more dependent on someone else’s systems?

And perhaps most importantly:

What do we actually want to do with the capability technology gives us?

AI is an important part of the business system.

But it’s the business we should be designing, not just the technology stack.
