Meet our Wild Fire Wines Grampians Riesling 2021! We consider this wine to be one of the standouts in the range. The perfect wine to be serving as the weather begins to warm up ☀️

Fun fact: The Grampians region is considered the premier Riesling growing area in Victoria. The high soil acidity, very cold nights and hot summer days are perfect growing conditions for a grape considered the "noble" variety. The fermentation on this wine was deliberately halted slightly early to maintain some residual fruit sugar in the wine.
