The 2018 North by Adrian Hoffmann Dallwitz Block Shiraz was crafted from just two exceptional barrels — one from century-old vines, the other from 30-year-old cuttings of the same genetic lineage.

Five years in new French oak has shaped a wine of immense concentration, structure and longevity, while still allowing the vineyard and vintage to speak clearly.

Profound, uncompromising and unmistakably North Barossa.

Only 696 bottles and 24 magnums produced.

Vintage is winding down in the winery 🍇

Pump overs, pressing, barrels being filled… it’s the final stretch behind the scenes.

While the work continues, our tasting room is very much open. Last weekend was a great opportunity for some guests to get a little closer to it all - stepping into the winery, got their hands dirty, and spent some time with 5th Generation Vigneron Adrian Hoffmann.
