Our final pick for the 2026 harvest took place yesterday (Saturday). Despite the humidity we had a productive morning picking and processing the Tannat and bringing in the nets. Afterwards we shared a lovely luncheon. Big vote of thanks to our volunteer pickers and family who made the day such a success. We will keep you posted on the progress of all our wines as they process.

PS the cellar door is open today for tastings and light lunches 12-5.

Yesterday we started the 2026 harvest with help from our amazing and dedicated volunteers. We picked and processed the 2026 Shiraz and Petit Verdot paddocks, then enjoyed a bountiful lunch with family and pickers. Despite the damp weather, the volume was less than we hoped for, but overall, we are very happy with the day. Next weekend we will complete the harvest with the picking of the Tannat paddock.

Big thanks to everyone that assisted, making it an enjoyable day.

We were busy on Friday preparing for our first picking day of the 2026 season. Nets have been removed, paddocks mowed and cooking up a storm for morning tea.

For those helping out on Saturday (28 Feb) we will be picking, no matter the weather, bring a change of dry clothes just in case. Looked forward to seeing you 😀

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST ~ vintage 2026 is upon us with our Alieatico grapes having already been picked. This season started off with drier than normal conditions, resulting in poor fruit, so this vintage will see a smaller crop overall.

We will be picking grapes at Tizzana Vineyard on the following two Saturdays: 28 February & 7 March.

Picking will commence at 453 Tizzana Road Ebenezer at 7am, with refreshments served mid-morning. We then head to the winery at 518 Tizzana Road Ebenezer and start processing the grapes, followed by a hearty lunch and a tasting of our current range of wines.

Please dress accordingly, old clothes, comfy shoes, hat and sunblock. Bring water and secateurs plus change of clothes and shoes in case it is raining. Secateurs will also be available if reuired. Picking will go ahead no matter the weather.

If you are interested, send us a PM or phone Peter on 4579-1150.
