Job Title: Casual Retail Assistant – 15 hours per week
Location: Echuca

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic casual retail assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily store operations, and help create a welcoming shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system (Pronto).
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, i.e., covering holiday leave, sick leave on an as-needed basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
