d periods without electrical energy from the grid. Our facilities operate primarily as a co-working, networking space for innovative ideas in the northern suburbs. We offer flexible office areas for individuals and start-up businesses, with access to meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, reception and secretarial services and a network of likeminded innovators. To ensure that we are providing an office space of the 21st century, we also provide a range of networking events for our tenants and industry members, social areas to provide informal connecting spaces and seminars for the general public, which we encourage our tenants to participate in or attend. While we are open to innovative businesses across industries, we are targeting young people with ideas to revolutionise the current energy market, start-up businesses in sustainable technology or technical skills that would support business creation in an effort to create an industry specific space. We are offering a series of seminars, experts in business, intellectual property and marketing and mentorship projects alongside this space; teach foundation business skills, to inspire product development and encourage the growth of the energy industry.
