Happy New Year everyone. Let's make this year count! Thank you for all your support in 2020. I am utterly grateful for your understanding and constant flow of kindness that has been shown my way.
For 2021, I am looking for people who love architecture and would love to collaborate with an architect for their projects. I have been helping out many home and business owners in the past and enjoyed the design process!
Please drop me a DM and can't wait to see what 2021 has to offer for all of us. Happy New Year and stay safe!

Crazy year this year 2020, but we are at the end of it!
I lost my dad, my inspiration, then 100 days later, my grandma (dad's mum). Missed their burials due to Covid restrictions. Of course, life wasn't the same during the lockdown periods. Working while having a little koala attached to you is very very distracting! She's a cute koala though.
Alas, as usual, we are not entirely closed down during this period but rather working at a pace that we enjoy. We will still endeavour to submit to relevant councils and authorities while bearing in mind that most of our partner consultants are having their deserving holidays.
We are looking forward to a prosperous 2021. If you have any project enquiries, please feel free to message and I will get back to you as soon as practicable!

What, haven't you heard of detached-terraced housing? Did they use an architect for this project? On second thought, maybe the gap is for the cats crossing. 🤔🤔

Months after moving into their new home, Queensland couple Nina and Wayne Austin discover the house next door being built so close the gutters touched and say they feel like they have been ripped off.

Yesterday was my birthday. Usually I'd celebrate my birthday up in the snow, a couple of days before the annual ski race. This year is different but pretty much the same. Still in isolation, but now back in Melbourne. I decided to treat myself to one of my biggest influence in architecture - the Archigram! Foreword by Michael Sorkin. Thanks for this amazing book. My life is now complete... well, not quite. Maybe I need a couple more Passivhaus books now. Maybe for next year's birthday 😂

Every year, the last weekend of July will always be reserved for Open House Melbourne. Kathy has volunteered for more than 7 years and will keep doing so if it's not for Covid19 this year.
Virtual Open House is available from the comfort of our homes. So, on 25 & 26 July, free up your schedule and take a virtual tour into Melbourne's best buildings.

Tour more than 50 remarkable Melbourne buildings (virtually), including the historic Parliament House, a recently restored mid-1880s gem, and a privately-owned house that doubles as a contemporary art museum. Plus, live music in a striking former explosives store.

Depending on the size and complexity of the build, it's tricky to know whether to enlist an architect, a builder, or manage the project yourself.
