Patrick bought props and talked to us about the increase in people coming in who are a long way overdue with their car service. He showed us the oil from a car that is way overdue. He also showed some of the products they can use to flush and run an engine clean when needed.

Today we heard from one of our newest members, Chiropractor, Jake Di Palma @jake.thechiro from Superwell Eltham
It was great to hear a bit about Jake, his background, family and interests.
He shared a bit about what Chiropractic care is and the benefits of it and then got 3 volunteers to give us a physical demonstration about the connection between the brain and the body and how sometimes we are not as aware of the position of our body as we think we are and this is how simple injuries occur such as postural issues for those who sit a long time at a desk for their work or simple day-to-day tasks like picking up the shopping, lifting something at work or reaching down to the bottom shelf.
