Well last weekend saw the last hunter for 2025. He reported plenty of opportunities on deer, but none grounded, however was very happy to take out two pigs. So to give things a break Severn River Park will be closed to hunting until mid February next year. So I would like to wish everyone a happy and safe festive season and hope to see many of you in the year.

Good morning and happy 2025. I had a message from a hunter in the last couple of days but was unable to reply due to an issue with my phone which has now been resolved. He advised that he had hunted the property some years back when Larry and Sue owned the property and was looking to come back out for a hunt this season but for some reason I am unable to recover that message to get back to him. Well yet another year almost done and dusted so I would just like to wish everyone and their families families and happy and safe Christmas and New Year's and hope to see many of you again in 2025. Besides deer this year there have been quite a number of pigs taken. Next year is looking good as the rain has been fairly regular so everything is green and lush and looks like it will continue into the new year.
