APCO EPPING SUMMARY REPORT
The CEO of Apco, Peter Anderson and his brother Robert began attacks that occurred at Apco Epping on the 24th and 27th of May 2018. I was barricaded behind doors and gates - day and night for 21 days , and left without power in the cold and dark. All fresh produce, dairy and other cooked/prepared meals went rotten and wasted thousands of dollarsā worth of stock. The horrible scent of the rotting food was unbearably disgusting and made staying barricaded extremely worse. The foul smell of the unflushable toilet used was revolting.
On the 14th of June, both parties attended court with their lawyers, and after a long discussion the court decided that both parties were to leave both Apco premises (Epping and Thomastown) and not to go back to either one until further notice from the courts. They also ordered both sites to be guarded by independent security guards to ensure no one from either party enters until the matter is resolved.
From that day, Apco hasnāt made any efforts to settle the dispute. Apco has also stripped down both sites from the fuel pumps, signs, shelving, stock and everything else and now are both completely empty.
Apco is now totally ignoring me, including the franchise and all the families that have been left jobless and who are now currently struggling financially. Itās a very tough and stressful situation because I do not know where I stand and what lies with my future.
Apcoās total ignorance to this situation is appalling because they donāt know what they have caused for the number of families who are currently suffering mentally, emotionally and financially. It might be very hard to explain and to describe the struggle of losing an operating franchise after 15 years. I have been left jobless, and I am struggling with my health, emotionally and financially.
It is a shame that Apco and itās CEO, Peter Anderson, take a vested interest in destroying everyone that stands up to them. They have no regret or mercy for innocent people and they have left many families struggling is just utterly disgusting.
I urge for any media outlets, government agencies, authorities current affair ās programs to take these matters into deeper concern and expose Franchisee Companiesā corruption. The media needs to investigate Apco and other Apco franchises to see how they treat franchise owners.
Apco is very afraid of any bad publicity because it will definitely put them in the spot-light. They have a lot to hide and I believe the media will uncover the truth about how much they are hiding and how they operate in illegal ways. The quicker the media is able to intervene, the quicker they will unveil how malicious they are.
Since being barricaded for 21 days, my situation is still unresolved. I strongly urge the Australian media to act upon this situation urgently. Stock-take was done on both stores and until this day, I have not received one cent!
I am still continuing to fight in court as long as I possibly can. It is corporate greed working at its best.
I have a great following in the community and I will stand up to the biggest bully of them all ā APCO.
Enough is enough. A full investigation is needed and it will uncover everything about Apco and their illegal dealings.
Thank you,
Frank Eid
