Hart Bros Seeds has over 50 years’ experience providing quality seed to the Australian and International seed industry. We are a small, family owned business situated 50km North of Wagga Wagga and approx 25km from Temora

An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Administrator/sales who will be responsible for the day to day running of our small but busy office and provide administrative support to our Sales/ Operations Manager and Agronomist. To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Highly developed interpersonal skills, with experience in the agricultural industry preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in XERO and all areas of office administration
• A willingness to be involved in all aspects of our business including: quality control, sales, production, marketing, research, forecasting, stock control and logistics.
• Answering phone calls, emails and responding to client enquiries.
• Meeting client needs as they occur.

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to and progress our seed business, which is committed to quality and service and is well regarded in the agricultural industry.
This position would be full time or casual from November to June with flexible days from July to October (minimum 3 days). More days in the second half of the year could be negotiated.
