little space has opened up in my world.

For the past while, I’ve been pretty deeply embedded in one main business.

And when I say embedded, I mean EMBEDDED!

I’ve spent a lot of time living and breathing their business, getting to know the people, understanding how everything works, taking ownership of projects, building systems, improving processes, solving problems and getting things moving.

It’s a way of working I’ve been transitioning towards for a while.

Rather than coming in, giving advice and leaving someone else with a long list of things to implement, I step in and help get it done.

With this particular business, we’ve now reached a really exciting point. A huge amount has changed, some major projects have been delivered, and I’ve been lucky enough to see some pretty amazing progress along the way.

I’m not leaving them, far from it! But the intensive phase of my work with them is winding back, and I’ll be continuing with them in a smaller ongoing capacity.

Which means I now have space for one or two more businesses!!!

I work with businesses that need someone experienced to step in, understand the bigger picture and take ownership of getting things done, without needing to employ another senior person full-time.

Systems. Operations. Projects. People. Growth. And sometimes just finally tackling the things that have been sitting on the “we really need to fix that” list for six months.

Less advice. More action.

Not every business needs another full-time executive.
And not every business needs a consultant who comes in, tells you everything that's wrong, hands you a nice report and disappears.

Sometimes you need something in between.
Someone who's happy to get in the weeds with you.
Someone who can look at the business objectively, work out what's actually going to make the biggest difference, and then help make it happen.

That's the bit I love.

I don't think most businesses are short on ideas.
They need experienced leadership that knows how to turn good ideas into real outcomes.

That's where I work differently.

I don't just leave you with a list of recommendations. I stick around, work alongside you and help get the changes implemented.

Some clients need me one day a week. Sometimes it's more. Others need a few days a month or support for a specific project.

It's about giving business owners the extra leadership and momentum they need, without taking on another full-time executive.

I think there's a real gap between traditional consulting and hiring someone permanently.

That's the gap I love working in.
