✅ Police Check (National Police Certificate)

✅ A current Australian driver's licence
✅ A current First Aid and CPR accreditation

Good nutrition is the foundation for a healthier and happier life, especially as we age. Here are some simple ways to incorporate nutritious foods into your routine:

Balanced Meals 🥗
Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables, one-quarter with lean protein, and one-quarter with whole grains.
Example: A colourful plate with grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, and quinoa.

Small, Frequent Meals 😁
Seniors may have smaller appetites—try 4-5 small meals instead of three large ones.
