Some moments in this work stay with you forever.
I had the honour of officiating this beautiful human’s dad’s funeral… and then, six months later, standing with her again to marry the love of her life 🤍
And of course, it was hot. I had spent hours curling my hair before the drive… and by the time I arrived, it had completely fallen out. And in the full sun I can barely see without sunglasses (I can see the ceremony at least!)
But none of that matters - because Ellie and Bryce and their bridal party and the styling and the guests looked INCREDIBLE.
But what I get to be part of goes so far beyond how anything looks. It’s showing up in the hard, holding space in the joy and being trusted with both.
And then receiving this afterwards…
