A sump pump is a mechanical device with a switch. Mechanical switches fail and when they do no matter how good your sump pump motor is it won’t work.

We have been working for 4 years in developing Our iBasement TM Advanced Sump Pump System Controller.

The iBasement is patent pending and has been fully tested to do what it was designed to do. We are thankful for the hundreds of homeowners who beta tested our iBasement.

What does the iBasement do?

1) Each week the iBasement tests the primary and back up sump pumps

2) The majority of the time a sump pump failure is caused by a switch failure. With the iBasement it will automatically take over the control of the sump pump “ all hands on deck” while texting / emailing the customer alerting them.

3) iBasement is designed to take action when something is wrong. It not only texts you it also sends a loud auditable alarm.

4) Greater piece of mind - knowing that iBasement is watching over your sump pump system when you are sleeping or away from home.

5) iBasement also tracks your sump pump usage and it will notify you when your sump pump should be replaced “befire it fails”.

6) If you want your sump pump technician can slso be alerted so that they can get there as soon as possible. ( monitoring plans available for a nomial fee).

7) iBasement has an app that works on your iPhone providing you with greater peace of mind.
