We're proud and excited to be tasting our limited release 2023 MARA Pinot Noir this weekend.

This is our second release of MARA, created in memory of our dear Mum. As with our first sold-out release, we've produced just 800 bottles of this special Pinot. It's a gem to savour now or cellar.

We're open 10.30am to 16.30pm this weekend (Saturday 5 & Sunday 6 September).

Due to a supplier power outage, the St Maur Wines Cellar Door will be closed today, Saturday 15 August. We will reopen tomorrow, Sunday 16 August, from 10.30am–4.30pm for sales and w**e tastings. We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back tomorrow.

We still have stock of our 2025 LOT 41 Pinot Noir Rosé, the perfect partner for an alfresco lunch or dinner. 🍽️

As the new seasonal produce starts to influence the dishes we prepare, why not consider, and savour our Lot 41 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon and our Lot 41 2023 Cabernet Merlot with both delivering depth, structure, and classic regional character to your meals.

In a market of excess, restraint becomes luxury.

At St Maur (pronounced “more”), we have always believed that less, done deliberately, creates something far more meaningful.

Established in 1998, our boutique family-owned vineyard spans 16 acres in Exeter in the Southern Highlands. We grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot under a sustainable program of natural cultivation, which means lower yields, healthier vines, and w**es that reflect season, soil and patience.

Set within a rustic former dairy farm, here the w**e is not rushed. We remain intentionally small because for us, restraint has always been the quiet expression of confidence.
