We are looking for an energetic, passionate and driven Club General Manager to lead our team in our growing club!

The Role - Club Manager
The role involves leading a team of energetic staff, reporting club performance to the National Managers, Owners and Shareholders; and maintaining a World Class facility for our members. You will actively grow and seek new business for the club, representing the brand in a positive and professional manner.

To be successful you must:

❇️ Minimum 2 years Club Manager Experience (Full-Service, Big Box club's only)
❇️ Minimum 3 years in the Fitness Industry (Club Management and/or Sales Management)
❇️ Availability to work Full Time
❇️ Proven performance and track record achieving KPI’s
❇️ Highly Sales driven

What an inspirational business, they treat all their members like they are family and support them unconditionally. It restores your faith in humanity, Well done World Gym Penrith.

Yesterday we received an anonymously typed letter regarding concern to one of our loyal members Scotty. As this letter was written anonymously, I feel it is in the clubs best interest to resolve the issue by posting this reply.

The letter we received stated that Scott should be leaving the premises of World Gym within an appropriate timeframe, and that his loitering around the walkway or lobby for hours did not look good or professional.

Here’s a little bit of a story about Scott, or as all of our loving members now nickname him “Scotty 2 Hotty”. World Gym Penrith is Scotty’s second home. Scotty absolutely loves it here. He loves the members, he loves our staff, and being here brings him an immeasurable amount of happiness and comfort. He is friendly to everyone that crosses his path, says hello and greets everyone that gives him the time of day with genuine kindness and admiration. Scott is here waiting for our doors to open every single day, and has been since they day we opened our doors for the very first time here at World Gym Penrith in 2008. Scott has visited our club over 3288 times since opening. Sure he may not train as hard as what other members do in our club, but he loves it here. This is his home. And our members love to have a chat and laugh with Scotty at any chance they get. He brightens the days of many of our members first thing in the morning with his harmless antics and smile, and management and staff are more than proud to have Scott here as part of the World Gym Family!
