Burnout, workforce pressures and staff retention are real challenges for remote and rural health services.

Across interactive sessions at OneNQ Ignite, Dr Cath Cosgrave, Katrina Otto and Nic Fifield will explore practical strategies to support wellbeing, strengthen connection and build resilient, sustainable workforces and communities.

Delegates will leave with practical ideas to reduce burnout and workforce pressures, strengthen workplace culture, create more sustainable ways of working, and better support both their own wellbeing and the wellbeing of their teams. If you lead, support or help sustain a health workforce, these sessions will offer practical ideas you can take back to your workplace.
