I'm still here
Still supporting mums every day
Chatting about the struggles of every day mum life
Of balancing being a mum and just trying to be you

Listening with an empathetic ear can make all the difference to a mum deep in the trenches.

I'm still here making meals, and hanging out washing, patting pets, and running errands, changing nappies and burping babies.

I'm still, just a little quieter these days.

And yes. That is me. With Sofia. Dying on a Luna Park roller coaster. You might say I was brave for getting on it as it's clearly not my thing 😆

I truly hope every dad had a wonderful Father's Day today. Enjoying some yummy food, a cold b**r, and hopefully some homemade gifts from the kids or a poopy blowout

My number 1 enjoyed coffee in bed
Bacon and egg rolls
BBQ Sausages and salad
Handball
Gardening
Fun in the sun
And we are waiting for a Roast Pork for dinner.
