Introducing our Studio Tours series! We take a peek inside the creative studios of the Cotton Mills and sit down with the artists and businesses who run them.

NEW STUDIO FOR LEASE!

A special opportunity has come up to take over one of the commercial leases at the Cotton Mills! Currently used as a florist and content creation studio, this space is 130 sqm, includes two carparks in the main carpark, features mezzanine level with floorboards, fireplace and abundant natural light from the overhead skylights!

Available from May 31st (or earlier by negotiation), the current lease is valid until February 2028 with option to extend for another 3 years. Current monthly rental - $3095.14 including outgoings. Annual increase by 3%.
