So often we see a business at its limits, but it still has potential for growth. When we look deeper behind the organisation we often find that the leadership/management have been not been investing any effort into their growth. The two are consistently linked. What an owner, manager or leader learnt yesterday is not necessarily good enough for today, let alone tomorrow. We all must keep our knowledge and growth up-to-date for the sake of our business and those that rely on us.

Perhaps a little closer to home, our health and well being, and that of those around us (our employees, associates, and friends) is paramount at present.
