Important Update for the 2026/2027 Firebreak Season
After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to accept residential slashing and firebreak bookings for the 2026/2027 season.
This decision has not been made lightly, and we sincerely apologise for the short notice. We wanted to let our community know as soon as possible so property owners have time to make alternative arrangements before the upcoming firebreak season.
Cutting Round Corners will continue to provide slashing and firebreak services to our existing commercial and corporate clients for the time being.
While we aren't able to recommend alternative contractors for residential properties, most local councils maintain contractor lists to help residents find firebreak and slashing service providers. Please see link in the comments.
We would like to sincerely thank all of our residential clients.
It has been an absolute privilege to help maintain your properties over the years. Many of you have been with us since the very beginning, and we are incredibly grateful for your loyalty, trust and support. We've appreciated every opportunity to work with you and your families.
We wish you all the very best for the coming fire season. Stay safe, and please remember to have your firebreaks completed before your local council's compliance deadline.
