🔧 PV271 L/P Discharge Nozzle – Adaptor Plate Upgrade 🔧

These nozzles are known to develop cracks in the area, which can lead to leaks, pressure loss, and unplanned downtime. To eliminate that recurring issue, the GMS team engineered a strengthened adaptor plate that:

- Minimises cracking in high-fatigue areas

Another PV271 cab refurbishment completed by the GMS team. Stripped, repaired, repainted, and rebuilt to bring it back to OEM standard (and in many cases, beyond).

Our scope of work includes:

- Blasting, NDT, and thickness testing
- Replacement of all valves and cylinders
- New zinc coated piping
- New proxy switches
- Complete replacement of vertical mast locks, including weldment, pins, cylinders, and hardware
