Developing Strong Leaders at Ozland

Over four days of training, Ellie Roberts, Kevin Kirk, Daniel Ramsey, Mitchell James and Kade Kapor completed the “Supervise in the Workplace” component of the Ozland Leadership Development Program.

The training focused on practical skills in risk management, communication, on-site supervision and workplace leadership.

A special congratulations to Kevin and Daniel, who have now completed the full Ozland Leadership Program and were presented with their certificates by General Manager Tony Tamlin.
Well done to everyone involved for investing in their development and strengthening leadership across Ozland.

Celebrating 10 Years with Ozland

We had the privilege of celebrating an incredible milestone with three valued members of the Ozland team: Matthew Earle, Slade Byrne, and Brendon Milne, each reaching 10 years of service with Ozland.

To mark the occasion, we enjoyed a day of go-karting followed by celebrations at a local venue, providing the opportunity to recognise their outstanding contributions and celebrate this well-deserved milestone together.

Over the past 10 years, Matthew, Slade and Brendon have each played an integral role in Ozland's growth and success. Their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond have been instrumental in building the strong team, positive culture, and reputation we are proud of today.
