We've created two new dashboards to make managing your facility even easier! 👇

📝 The NEW Contracts Dashboard shows a quick and easy overview of all active agreements, plus the last contract signed for each. An easy way to identify customers who may not have signed the most recent storage terms and conditions or those who have not signed anything at all.

🔎 The NEW Identity Dashboard is designed for operators using APLYiD, and reports on those customers who have been asked to undergo an IDV check, either as part of their online signup or as an existing customer.

We are excited to introduce our new calendar view! Our calendar allows you to see upcoming move-ins (from reservations) and move-outs (from agreements), and also record general notes or reminders as needed. You can toggle these options on and off and switch between a month and a list views.Once you input an expected move-in date and save it, it will automatically populate in the calendar. Self Storage management - made easy!
