Our Property Maintenance Company based in Frankston has an immediate need for an experienced person with solid all round ability in
- basic carpentry (including, but not limited to) hanging doors, install of arch’s and skirts and fixing and building decks and pergolas
- plaster patching and install
- caulking
- install of roof sheets and flashings
- tiling
- window installation
- laying of laminate and vinyl floor systems
- installation of locks
- basic painting
- shower screen install
- shower base replacements
- general aspects of property maintenance and repairs

Must have ABN and own tools, a great work ethic and be happy to work as part of a team environment.

The position is full time.

Our work is very diverse and sometimes requires you to think on your feet so we are looking for someone who has a practical commonsense approach to their work.

Maintenance Carpenter/Handyman

Complete Property Solutions AUST, based in Frankston, are a small but extremely busy team who manage all aspects of property maintenance. Working closely within the Real Estate industry we now need to expand the team. The successful applicant must have previous and extensive experience in property maintenance, own a reliable vehicle, have their own tools and an ABN. Initially the position will be on a sub-contract basis with the aim of making it full time for the right person. Applicants with the skill set and ambition to manage aspects of the business (quoting, managing jobs and staff and client liaison) are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum skill set requirements:
a. Plaster patching
b. Tiling
c. Basic carpentry
d. Flooring installation
e. Basic plumbing
f. All forms of minor property maintenance
The individual must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude, we require a degree of flexibility and are looking for someone with a stable work history
