Just a quick update: we have made some changes to our current product offerings in order to align them with our store and the promises we made. We have removed some products that did not meet our standards.

Moving forward, we will be sourcing products based on the following criteria (in no particular order of importance):

Distributor's minimum requirements:
a) For international orders, a maximum guarantee of 14-day delivery with tracking.
b) Product quality and ability.
c) Fair and simple return policy to protect Australian consumers' rights.
d) Sustainable packaging (we are currently in the process of sourcing this).

As an extra way to demonstrate our commitment to our customers, BOSSYtech will be covering all postage costs.
