An email i received from satisfied customers. They showed their gratitude by sending me 2 lotto tickets.. Good morning Charlie,

I just wish to acknowledge our appreciation for everything you did to have our fridge work again. I must admit we felt somewhat embarrassed to know how far you needed to travel to get to our house all without being charged a "cent"!

Although I could not convince you to accept any payment nor cold drink (as the fridge wasn't working) for your labour or petrol costs. I trust you have all the luck in the world with the attachments. I tried to see you and make contact since Monday,
but, sometimes things just don't turn out the way we want them to.

The originals of the attachments are still with me merely because I couldn't get to see you in time.

We are sorta kinda similar, because honesty is also very important to me and I would not betray you or any positive opinion you might have of me.

Just more thing before I go, I promise that I will provide you and Fridgeworld all the best and widest range of positive publicity that I am capable.

Once again thank you Charlie and say hello to the young "Mechanical Engineer" and wish him well from us.
