THE ROLE
Due to exciting growth, IBN Direct is seeking a motivated, personable, client-centric, professional Administration Assistant. Your primary responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for our clients and providing administrative support to the credit and management teams. You will have substantial client contact and will deliver a service that exceeds expectations.
Finance or mortgage broker industry experience is not essential but will be highly regarded.
This is a full-time position from 8.30 am 5.00 pm Monday – Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Reception duties
-Data entry - loading invoices/bills into Xero, update CRM and ensure integrity across all business data
-Administrative support (using Microsoft Office)
-Producing weekly newsletters (MailChimp)
-Website maintenance/updates (using Wordpress), and social media posts
-Basic graphic composition for marketing (emails, social media etc)
-Compliance tasks (processing accreditations, checking forms)
-Co-ordinate IT support (point of contact)
-Miscellaneous activities as directed. Eg. welcoming clients, offering refreshments, light housekeeping

-Previous Administration Assistant experience in the same or similar role
-Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills including excellent and accurate writing skills for documentation, website and social media purposes
-Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete projects in the required timeframes
-Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Powerpoint skills
-Ability to work unsupervised, to think laterally, problem solve and be adaptable to change
-Highly organised with great attention to detail
-Strong work ethic, and the ability to take ownership of your role
-Honesty and integrity, and a positive solutions-based attitude
-Knowledge of Wordpress, Xero, Canva, Linx CRM and SalesForce (advantageous)
