The business has been founded on a base level of compliance and safety, with all directors focusing on keeping Renters safe and saving Rental Providers money with preventative maintenance and recommendations
- We provide detailed final reports to enable Rental Provider

s preferred contractors to quote required repairs quickly and efficiently.
- Our reports include information about, and recommendations for, works that will be required to be compliant with future implementations of the Residential Tenancy Regulations 2021.
- We take extra photos of items (ventilation and switchboards for future proofing requirements of your property).
- We calibrate our testers ongoing to make sure measurements are accurate.
- We do internal auditing of our own audits to make sure quality control is maintained.
- We send multiple trades to the same site on the same day to prevent inconvenience for Renters.
- For Property Managers/Real Estates upon completion of testing, a comprehensive report will be uploaded onto the Property Managers Portal, with recommendations for works that may be required as per the Residential Tenacy Act 2021.
- For private owners this will be forwarded via email.
- Temporary appliances available to hire to provide a short term solution upon finding non compliant appliances to avoid required rental reductions.
- All testing to be carried out as per AS3019:2017 Section 4 and AS3000:2018 Section 8

❄️ Cooling is officially part of the future of Victorian rentals ❄️

Consumer Affairs Victoria has now published the upcoming Minimum Standards changes, including new energy efficiency requirements expected from March 2027.

One of the biggest changes?
➡️ Energy efficient cooling in the main living area.

For many rental properties, this will mean installing a fixed cooling system when a new lease begins.

💧 Did you know Victorian renters & rental providers may be eligible for discounted water-efficient shower heads through the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program?

Upgrading to a more efficient shower head can help:
✔ Reduce water usage
✔ Lower water heating costs
✔ Improve energy efficiency in the home

With the 2027 Minimum Standards changes on the horizon — including proposed higher efficiency shower head requirements for rental properties — now is a great time for owners to start planning ahead.

The VEU program can assist eligible households with discounted upgrades through approved providers.
