Ten years ago I started a little business called Admin & Co.

I never could have imagined where that decision would lead.

Over the past decade, through both Admin & Co and CollectiveLee, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of business owners, building incredible relationships, solving complex problems, creating systems, leading teams and playing a small part in so many amazing business journeys.

Today, that chapter officially comes to an end.

As of 30 June 2026, CollectiveLee is now closed.

This is not a sad ending. It is simply the closing of a chapter that has given me more than I could ever put into words.

I am incredibly grateful to every client, referral partner, team member, supplier, supporter and friend who trusted me along the way.

These days I am fortunate enough to be living a dream I didn’t know was waiting for me, helping build stronger and more sustainable sports organisations through systems, operations and strategy within the netball community.

The work may be different, but the purpose remains the same.

Helping good people do great things through structure, clarity and practical solutions.

Thank you for your support, your trust and your friendship over the past 10 years.

It has meant more than you know.
