Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?

I didn’t realise how much I needed a break until I attended a wellbeing workshop earlier today facilitated by the amazing Angie Hilton from Destination Happiness. We did breathwork, sound healing, guided relaxation, and gentle yoga—and something shifted. The tension I didn’t even know I was holding started to release. I walked away feeling lighter, clearer, and more present.

As a leader, it’s so easy to run on empty without realising it.
But here’s the truth: You can’t pour from an empty cup.
