Office Manager RPB Plumbing
Geraldton, Geraldton, Gascoyne & Midwest WA
$30 – $35 per hour
We are seeking an office manager to join our family-run business who is friendly, personable and confident in communicating with our valued customers and small team.
Position: Office Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time – we can be flexible if you are a great fit 25-38 hours)
Competitive rate of pay, based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Fielding customer phone calls and email enquiries
• Coordinate job bookings and using Tradify to schedule our team of 4
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure all parties receive great customer service and work is completed in a timely manner
• Preparing reports
• Manage business Social Media pages
• General office administration including emails, basic book keeping and invoicing
• Support the owners to implement processes to maintain customer relationships and continue to grow the business.

• You are self-starter, able to work independently and be proactive and take initiative
• Prior experience in an office admin or management role (trades industry a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, MYOB and Tradify)
