We specialise in automotive and machinery glass repairs, replacements, and tinting services, servicing customers across the Midwest and Gascoyne regions from our Geraldton workshop and satellite base in Cue.
We are currently seeking an Automotive Glazier Technician and/or Trade Assistant to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced glazier or someone looking to build a career in the automotive glass industry, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
As part of our team, you will assist with the repair, replacement, installation of automotive and machinery glass while maintaining the high standards of workmanship and customer service that Midwest Windscreens is known for.
Key Responsibilities
✅Automotive glass and windscreen repairs, replacements, and installations
✅Assisting technicians with workshop and mobile service work
✅Vehicle preparation and clean-up
✅Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
✅Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
✅Providing professional and friendly customer service
✅Following workplace health and safety procedures
About You
✅Experience in automotive glazing or a trade-related role is preferred but not essential
✅Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
✅Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
✅Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
✅Current driver's licence preferred
✅Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol Screening, National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
