Position Overview
As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality glass services, including repairs, replacements and installations. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform professional auto glass and windscreen repairs, replacements and fittings
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening, Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical

MINING AND REMOTE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT WANTED!

Join Midwest Windscreens, a dynamic and family-oriented business with over 30 years of industry experience. We're experts in auto and machine glass repairs, replacement and tinting, with a main workshop in Geraldton and a satellite base in Cue.
We offer mobile services throughout the Midwest and Gascoyne Regions, extending from Shark Bay to Moora and as far East as Wiluna. Our expert team embarks on regular mining and remote trips throughout the Midwest and Gascoyne Regions, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clients.

WE NEED
As a vital member of our Mining and Remote Works team, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm in our Geraldton office and be responsible for:
- Assisting and reporting to the Operations Manager in all areas of Mining and Remote tasks
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face.
- Raising of Purchase Orders and requisitioning Purchase Orders from clients.
- Preparing and issuing quotes, as well as processing invoices.
- Managing and mastering stock control
- Scheduling road trips and raising jobs with precision
- Submitting and maintaining MOBE forms
- Various administration ad-hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and a confident personality
- Ability to communicate effectively with people on all levels
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Capability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
