Went for a nice ride to Umina to meet Mark at Bremen Patisserie to get the "Flaming Ron" pie.

I absolutely enjoyed this pie, it was a good old classic Aussie meat pie.... I had great pastry, little bit flakey tasty gravy plus quality mince which was a childhood favourite so I had the tomato sauce on top just to complete the package.

BUT...... it is has the kick.... the Flaming Ron kick.... s**t loads of super hot chillies haha.

This pie would definitely destroy the normal pie and spice lover but we all know im stupid... it was spicy and very worthy of its name.... however for me id easily eat 2.

I'll definitely be back to try more, they have won some cool awards for their pies, their pastries look incredible, the Neenish tart and coffee i had was delicious and the prices are pre covid with great value.

Thanks to the team for having us in today.

Ok so I'd like to start with a simple HOLY S**T YEAH WOW!!!

I'm not going to give too much away because your taste buds and senses deserve the privilege of exploration with this one!

Let's just say.... im probably going back for another one tomorrow....

Anyone can make hot but heat with flavour takes skill and my goodness Branxton Steamhouse Cafè have nailed it.

P.s. my freckle is already cranky at me for its involuntary job ahead hahaha.
