ABOUT GOETZ
Goetz Neugebauer is an integrated practitioner working alongside men who want steadier footing in their lives, clearer relationships, and a stronger inner compass for their work.

After decades in male-dominated environments, he understands the quiet, accumulated pressure many men carry—and what happens when that pressure is ignored for too long.
His work is shaped by lived experience as much as training: years of mentoring men, leadership and business coaching, and nature-based practices.

Over time, he has learned how men respond under strain, how they lead, where they disconnect, and what allows them to return to themselves before things begin to fray.
