⚡ Feed-in Tariffs Are Dropping – Here’s What It Means

From 1 July, Ergon’s solar feed-in tariff is dropping from 8.66c to 6.15c per kWh.

That means the power you export back to the grid is now worth less.

Simple takeaway:
👉 Exporting solar isn’t as valuable as it used to be.

The focus now is:

Use your solar during the day
Or store it in a battery for night-time use

That’s where larger systems, batteries, and smart controls are starting to make a lot more sense.

If you’re not sure how this affects your system, or you’re thinking about adding a battery, feel free to reach out.

The final piece just landed… and how good does it look 🔥

The new reception sign went up today and that officially wraps up the full office renovation 🙌

Couldn’t be happier with how this space has come together. Clean, sharp, and exactly how we wanted it.

How good does the reception look… and that sign 👌

Big thanks to everyone involved in getting this over the line.

Big news from us… 👇

We’ve officially moved into our new home at 2 South Trees Drive, South Trees.

We were lucky enough to purchase this place, and over the past month we’ve been flat out renovating it from top to bottom 🔨 It’s been a massive effort, but seeing it come together like this has made it all worth it.

This isn’t just another move for us… this is our forever home.

A proper base for REEF Solar & Electrical as we continue to grow and look after our local community.

The location is unreal, right on the highway, so there’s a good chance you’ve already spotted the sign 👀

We’re proud of what we’ve built here, and even more excited about what’s ahead.

If you’re driving past, keep an eye out and give us a wave 👋

Today we pause to remember. 🌺

On Anzac Day, we honour the men and women who have served, and those who continue to serve our country. 🇦🇺 Their sacrifice, courage, and mateship are what this day is all about.

It’s a time to reflect on the freedoms we have and the cost at which they came.

From all of us at Reef Solar & Electrical, we pay our respects to our veterans, their families, and those who gave everything.

Lest we forget. 🌺
