🔥🔥 SMOKE ALARM UPGRADES 🔥🔥

By January 1st 2022 all homes being sold or leased, or existing leases renewed must have photoelectric, interconnected smoke alarms fitted throughout.
We encourage clients to upgrade their smoke alarms to comply with legislation and keep their properties and contents safe.
Cut off dates:
- 1 January 2022 for all domestic dwellings leased and sold
- 1 January 2027 for all other domestic dwellings
