Case study: HR professionals and the NDIS sector.

This is a hypothetical scenario with a current vacancy in Gladstone where a new value proposition can be made for the employer's consideration.

How many people in the Gladstone Region (from the NDIS sector) would have relevant experience and skills to apply for these jobs at X-treme Engineering?

A new value Proposition may include four people co-sharing two roles, as these roles can be overwhelming in sectors such as Enterprise Bargain Agreements and Industrial Relations.

Gastel Peterson & Co.would be cautious with professional indemnity and public liabilities insurances for sole traders or even SMEs, given the complexity of Human Resources.

Having said that, do the job networks work have the labour hire capabilities for NDIS participants? This is of specific relevance when the Job Networks structure is going to change.

Gastel Peterson & Co.'s Senior-Preneurship Program falls under the umbrella Gastel Peterson & Co.'s Yes to entrepreneurship in the Gladstone Region - Glad to be ethical.

This Program is in honour of Luis Serrano Orozco, a man of high ethics and honour who lived his life with the highest standards of integrity. And because of that, his employer chose not to pay his pension on time. Should he have had the opportunity to be part of a Senior-Preneurship, he would not have had struggled as much as he did. He passed away at 99y/o in the year 2,000.

Senior-preneurship has no political, religious nor social intentions or affiliations whatsoever, nor will ever be funded by an external source.

It aims to ensure the next generation of ethical entrepreneurs understand and adopt the lessons learned from past ventures whilst improving social interaction and wellbeing within the senior sector.

Some key statistics:
Seniors represent 17% of the Australian population.
1 every fourth senior lives in poverty.
1 every third senior drink more than 10 standard drinks per week or 4 standard drinks in a single day.
Seniors entrepreneurs inject 11.9 billion into the Australian Economy.
2% is the overall gain per year of new businesses.
