Gosh it’s been a while since I posted anything in here.
I mostly only make cakes for family and friends.
Today is my daughter’s birthday.
She is my reason why I began cake decorating in the first place, then at 4 she was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease so that kept me going with cake.
This is her gluten and dairy free cake.
It’s a vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache and covered in fondant and decorated with Royal icing and buttercream.
I can’t believe she is 17 and I have made every single one of her birthday cakes since she was born.

We are looking for a casual Junior, available to work after school hours and Saturdays.

In this role you will be learning the skills of basic menu cake decorating, assisting with closing of the shop, customer service and basic pastry skills. Training will be provided

All cake orders to July 1 will be honoured.
Working full time and the children’s after school activities severely limits my baking time and I struggle to complete my orders to the standard I would like.
