Why pay for a call out fee as well as your repair? At Ace Washing Machine and Dryers we only charge labour and parts when you choose to repair a washing machine or dryer with us. We will give you our honest opinion about whether it will be more cost effective to repair or replace your machine, and then the choice is completely up to you (no pressure!). If you'd rather not go ahead with the repair for whatever reason, we just charge a small call out fee to cover our time finding and diagnosing the problem. And if you happen to change your mind in the next few weeks we will happily come and carry out the repair, deducting the previously paid call out fee.
