The Botanica House Country Club in Cairns is now open. It's been a journey of years for our vision to get to this point, but we are super excited to see the outcome of our concepts for a different over 50s community.

Great opportunity to present the vision for an over 50s community to the full Whitsunday Regional Council with Richard Duce and Tim Clairfayt. Our allotted 15 mins went for nearly an hour, with lots of interest from all Whitsunday councillors in the planned development. The possibilities in over 50s lifestyle resorts are still new in regional areas, so presenting the design and potential is important to get local government engaged in providing better housing options for retirees. Hopefully a new lifestyle community coming soon for over 50s in the area.

Exciting new project in Queensland, with a sneak peek.

Helping councils understand the vision of an LLC development takes more than hundreds of pages of plans and geotechnical reports. New Tribe is currently creating a presentation to council for an amazing new LLC development in Queensland in an area that has never seen anything like it. Definitely not a traditional retirement village, and a long way from the mobile home park that birthed the LLC concept!

LLCs can be a great economic drivers for regional areas, bringing high quality homes, incredible facilities and lifestyle benefits that motivate residents to move from outside catchments and keep retirees in the local region.

Explaining all this to local govt during planning submissions is half the battle.
