Today, a very bittersweet closing ceremony.

Alicia and I spoke of how we have actually never shed so many tears in a yoga training closing ceremony. The gratitude runs deep today for these newly emerging teachers and our incredible AYTT team.

All the twists and turns, all the restructures that took place, often weekly at times. Such steadiness ensued. Such openness, flexibility, adaptation and understanding. So much vulnerability, raw-ness, and the absolute giving of everything everyone had.

Thank you for your trust everyone. For your steadiness and for your comitment to the practice, to yourselves and to each other. We value each and everyone of you so SO much.

And to my team. Alicia, Gopali, Evie, Shannon and Madonna. Thank you for holding me and for always being so available.

Oh, and here's a shout out to technology. Thank goodness for that.

There are only a few rooms left in this newly extended, renovated and extremely luxurious farmhouse / vineyard.

This is a fully accredited 50hr yoga teacher training, however you do not need to have this as your motive to join us. We already have a couple of people simply joining us to deepen their practice.

Nini did her YTT with us a few years back and has been since teaching yoga full time. Throughout that training, she shared her practice of Japa that was very special to her and expressed wanting to learn the harmonium so she could share her love and devotion of Mantra - a practice that has been with her for a very long time.

This year, Virginie Russo brought her harmonium and came to share Kirtan with our group. It was incredible. Turn the sound up to listen :-)

There is just one space left to join us for our 200hr yoga teacher training.

This weekend marks entrance to the student portal, where you journey through seven days of short videos and practices (on and off the mat) to help you develop (or refine) your personal practice. These videos are also designed to highlight exactly where you are getting in the way of yourself. Included is an expanding video library of classes that you can practice in the comfort of your own home.

Our in-house training commences on Sunday 6th of June.

We can’t wait to find out who the missing piece of our puzzle is ✨

This week, we will be holding our final info session in regards to our June 200hr yoga teacher training.

50hr YOGA TEACHER TRAINING RETREAT

I'm so excited to launch our first 50hr Yoga Teacher Training in the form of a 3 night retreat in the Byron Hinterland, perfect for teachers who want to refine their teaching skills or anyone who simply wants to lean deeper into their own physical yoga practice.

Asana teaching labs, detailed verbal and physical adjustments, unique and individual anatomical alignment and the opportunity to weave these creative and technical tools throughout your teaching and personal practice. A three night weekend of dedicated practice, embodiment and soul food.

Spend evenings around the fire stepping deeper into your own truth. This nightly Satsang is the invitation to step into the depth of self-discovery.
